1. Custom-Made Apparel Shipping:

   - Due to the personalized nature of custom-made apparel, production can take up to 3 weeks. 

   - Once your custom apparel is ready, we will ship it out and provide you with a tracking number.

   - We appreciate your patience as we ensure your custom apparel meets our high standards of quality.

2. Non-Custom Items Shipping:

   - For non-custom items such as puzzles, we ensure a swift shipping process.

   - These items will be shipped within 24 hours of your order placement.

   - You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

   - We use UPS and USPS for shipping. The choice of carrier depends on the delivery location and the size of the order.

   - Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option chosen.

4. Shipping Costs:

   - Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.

   - You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. International Shipping:

   - For international orders, additional charges may apply, and delivery times will be longer.
